I am not scared away by tiny needles. If I want to knit it bad enough, I will knit a sweater on size 1 or 2 needles. Sure.
My sister Kara sent me a link to a video that has forever altered my thoughts on this subject. I would wait for Kara to post about this but she has pretty much given up on blogging (yeah, I said it Kara.) So instead I will introduce you to my new idol.
Click here. (after the trailer–or skip it if you are so inclined–scroll through the films and click on “Miniature Knitter”
Yeah, I know.
Wait – you have GOT to be kidding me. I am so baffled by that craft right now, I don’t even have the words.
P.S. Tomorrow I get to play with your two sisters – I am sad you won’t be there!
Now that is a hobby ~
Holy smokes. No wonder I’m so drawn to this movie.
I’d heard about this, but this was the first time I’d watched the feature. My jaw dropped when I saw the miniature intarsia. Guh!
I am without words.
Yes, you blog scooped me on this. But thanks for the credit. That intarsia sweater kills me!
That is mental! I would go completely nuts doing that. She is, by all accounts, amazing and a wee bit bonkers. And yes Kara, we are ALL complaining about your blogging duties.
there are no words !!!!!!
I mean, GLOVES??!!
wow.
I want to knit myself a sweater on size one or two needles though…
this is amazing! Thank you for the link – I have to link it on my blog too!
OMGosh those are tiny!
Wow….my hands are cramping up just watching this!
