Many of you have heard of NaNoWriMo whose participant’s object is to write a novel in the month of November. My dear friend Holli and her husband have joined the ranks of writers and to be honest I was a little jealous. I love a good challenge. But I didn’t want to write a novel. Can you then see how excited I was to read Lolly’s blog and learn about NaKniSweMo!!!?!!
How cool is that? So, I am in. Not yet sure what I will knit. I am going to finish Forecast first (almost done with second sleeve) and then I will decide on a sweater project, shop, and swatch by the weekend. What could be more fun? And really, what could be more fun to say? NaKniSweMo. It just makes me smile.

If your sister knit a whole sweater in November, would you?
I guess the answer is “yes.” Reading Erin’s post about NaKniSweMo got me all inspired and stuff.
But what should I knit? Well, I purchased Jess a couple of months ago. And after seeing the brown sheep’s version today, I decided that this would…
Ha! That is so hilarious. If I could knit, I’d do nakniswemo with you. Good luck!
Thanks for linking to this. I hadn’t even heard about it. I just signed up myself!
Looking forward to seeing what you chose!
too cool! I’m going to have to sign up too. ; )
That’s awesome. Can we finish a sweater we’re already knitting? haha. I have too much going to to even THINK of starting something new (although I am thinking of it anyway).
Wow! That’s a big project to take on. I’m looking forward to seeing how it works out. I’ve banned myself from all time-based KALs after my abysmal performance in the Knitting Olympics.
